A 20-something English teacher on getting off antidepressants after a decade, and learning to cope with grief without a diagnosis.

Jack (a pseudonym) is a 20-something from New Jersey living in Japan. He talked to me about the death of his brother at a young age, getting on antidepressants, and eventually deciding to live life without them—learning to cope with grief unmedicated.
